What happens when we arrive at your property?

We begin with a thorough survey of the area you need to be cleaned. A close inspection of materials, stains and dirt will help us decide what process will work best. We don't steam clean your carpet as this will excessively soak and dampen them. Damp carpets and rugs can attract bacteria and germs, something you definitely don't want.

We deal with heavy soiling and stains first by loosening them with a safe spray on solution. This is the most hygienic method and causes no harm to you or your carpets. We carefully work each fibre in your carpet, upholstery and/or curtains. With most of the dirt and stain removed, we start the next carpet cleaning phase.

Without giving too many of our secrets away, we use a professional hot water machine to remove the remnants of dirt and stains. This machinery is built for removing stubborn dirt and stains. Please note this is not an old fashioned steam cleaner. Our Hot Water Extraction system provides a far deeper clean than many of the other systems currently used by our competitors.

When the larger expanse of the carpet is successfully treated, we finish with a hand tool for the edges. This allows us to get into tight corners and right up to skirting boards. No area is left untouched. Your cleaned carpet and/or upholstery is left to dry, revealing a fresh new look! Complete with a drying time of approximately four hours.
